A Sound Bath, or Sound Meditation, is a deep immersion in sound that can help you to experience better sleep, improved focus, and deep relaxation as soon as the first session. Find a comfortable seat or lie down and allow the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, flutes, and chimes to wash over your whole body, creating a gentle yet deeply transformative effect on your body and mind.
The intention of this practice is to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. No special skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to receive the benefits.
Please bring something comfortable to sit or lay down on such as a yoga mat, camp chair, blankets, and/or pillows.
