As part of expanding park district wellness programs in DuPage County, these sessions offer accessible, community based healing, without sacrificing depth or quality.
To preserve a calm and supportive environment, each session is limited in capacity. As a result, many dates fill in advance.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to feel fully supported while lying down.
Or if you prefer to sit, a comfortable camp chair. This venue does have folding chairs, but bringing a cushion is recommended.
