When you arrive at the Lytle Auditorium you receive a cup of calming tea to help you begin to relax and unwind, lay out your mat, and prepare to lay back and be bathed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of a unique variety of sound healing instruments, all while surrounded by a community of like minded individuals to practice with!
