This August, wind down with the sun and reset your overworked nervous system at a Sunset Sound Bath Meditation in the beautiful Wilder Formal Gardens next to the Wilder Conservatory in Elmhurst, IL.
A Sound Bath, or Sound Meditation, is the intentional use of sound and simple mindfulness practices to create a gentle yet deeply transformative therapeutic and restorative effect on your body and mind.Find a comfortable seat or lie down and allow the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, flutes, and chimes to wash over your body, allowing you the space to rest and relax.
What to bring:
A yoga mat (camp chair, blanket, and/or pillow)
Water
Arrival: 10 - 15 min early to walk to the tent, check in with Dana, receive your complimentary tea, and set up your spot.
Directions: The sound bath is held under the wedding tent on the South side of the Wilder Park Conservatory. Park in the lot next to the Wilder Park Conservatory. Walk to the conservatory entrance, the path to the wedding tent is to your right when you are facing the conservatory entrance.
